Fabio Dal Boni Featured in Sarasota Scene

Sarasota Scene has published a new profile of Fabio Dal Boni in its September 2026 Arts & Culture edition. The feature explores the artistic journey of the Italian-born contemporary artist and the role light has played throughout his work.

From his signature paintings on aluminum to his increasingly expressive acrylic works on canvas, the article traces an evolution shaped by the colors of the Gulf Coast, memory, renewal and personal transformation.

“Light became more than a visual subject for me. It became a language.”

Today, Fabio’s work can be seen at AlexArt International Art Gallery in downtown Sarasota, which he co-owns with his wife, Alexa.
